The neighborhood is safe, but avoid distractions with valuables in hand.

Our towels are exclusively for bathing comfort. Please do not take them to the beach or outdoor areas.

House Rules

To ensure comfort for all guests and neighbors, we ask that conversation, music, and TV volume be kept moderate between 10PM and 8AM. Parties and events are not allowed.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas. A R$500 fine will be applied for non-compliance.

We love pets, but unfortunately we do not accept pets in our accommodation, even small ones. This policy aims to maintain hygiene and accommodate guests with allergies.

You are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its belongings during your stay. Please report any accidents or breakages immediately. Additional charges may apply as needed.

All appliances and equipment must be used according to their instructions. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself. In case of problems, contact us immediately. Turn off all devices when leaving.

Keep doors and windows locked when leaving. Do not share access codes with third parties. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Use the available safe for valuables.

These are personal recommendations based on my experience living in Ipanema.

Breakfast

My favorite café

Baked on Visconde de Pirajá is my morning spot. Fresh bread, strong coffee and a peaceful atmosphere. Go before 9am to catch the croissants still warm.
